The white, elegant and slim architecture of Brasilia reflects the attitude towards life of the international Modernist movement of the early 60s. The goal is not to achieve a formal standardisation and fast reproduction of buildings, but rather to portray individuals that live life as autonomously as possible surrounded by the beauty of their environment. Compared to Russian Constructivism, the implementation of classless ideals was not even partly achieved here.
